Return Policy.

Please note, All items sold on the online shop are made to order. It means it will take time to produce the item (could be 1-4 business days with some exceptions to certain items).

Once the item is made for you, it will be shipped and you will be notified of the shipping information, all items are sent with a tracking number.

The estimated delivery time will be presented to you before you check-out.

If you have any questions before or after delivery is made please contact me.

Just in case you have an issue with the item you ordered, this is what you can do:

First of all, report the problem.

Any issue of misprinted/damaged/defective items should be reported within 3 weeks after the product has been received.

Please make sure you write down the order number and the issue in much detail as possible.

Once I receive your report of the issue, I will respond ASAP and will advise you what to do next.

Please do not send back any items without contacting me first, to avoid any miscommunication. I work with two factories in Europe and in the US, therefore a return address will be sent to you by Email once you report the issue.


All items in the online shop are made to order, therefore I do not exchange/refund orders for buyer's remorse. Or products that were ordered due to customer's error in the wrong size or color.

For an updated size or color,  a new order at your expense would need to be placed. You are also responsible for the return shipping expenses. (The new item will be delivered on the house as all items are with free shipping rate).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Eligible for a refund? Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note it takes the card companies and the banks a few days to process a refund and update your statements and balance. If you received a refund (with an Email notice from me) but still can't see the refund within 14 days it was issued, contact me and we will sort it out.

Having issues with the delivery?

After you place an order, you will receive all the shipping information by Email.

You will receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipment yourself, and also an estimated date of delivery.
